Application:

    DNBSEQ-E25 is a compact and lightweight gene sequencer with fast running speed, occupying only 0.1 ㎡. It requires a low laboratory environment and is easy to install and maintain, greatly reducing the threshold for sequencing and making it suitable for pathogenic microorganism detection, micro-genome sequencing and other applications.

Parameters：

1.The maximum value of effective reads is based on the specific standard library running, but effective reads of the actual application library will be fluctuated depending on the sample types and library construction methods.

2.SE50 sequencing can be performed using SE100 consumables, and PE100 sequencing can be performed using PE150 consumables, and read lengths can be customized in the user interface of the sequencer.

3.Running time includes DNB loading time and FASTQ generation time, but excludes label sequencing time.

4.The percentage of bases that higher than Q30 and the running time are averaged over the entire running for a specific standard library, and the actual application performance is affected by the sample type, library, quality, insert fragment length and any other factors.
