Product Info

Description:

This kit is developed based on multiple PCR amplification and high-throughput sequencing technologies for targeted detection of pathogens. When used in combination with different primers, it enables targeted detection of infectious pathogens (Universal), Mycobacterium Tuberculosis(TB) & NTM infectious pathogens, central nervous system infectious pathogens, and invasive fungal infectious pathogens.

Features:

Excellent amplification performance: For panels of different multiples, they all show excellent detection rate, amplification specificity, and uniformity

High specificity Primer: Each pathogen is designed with multiple primer pairs, reducing PCR off-target rate, with a primer group coverage of more than 95%, and specificity of more than 95%

High sensitivity: LOD can reach 100 copies/mL

High effective data volume: Proprietary dimer removal technology, with an effective data ratio of over 90%.

Quantifiable: Import intramolecular standards, combined with self-developed tNGS quantitative algorithm, correct PCR amplification bias, realize quantification of pathogens

Universal pathogens detection kit: covers 99% of common clinical pathogens, including 238 types of pathogens, 15 drug-resistant genes (802 genotypes), capable of simultaneous DNA+RNA detection

Mycobacterium Tuberculosis(TB) & NTM infectious pathogens detection: The detection range includes Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, 16 kinds of non-tuberculosis mycobacteria and 47 kinds of pathogenic microorganisms that need to be differentiated from tuberculosis or reported to be co-infected. In addition, it also includes the detection of 7 drug-resistant genes related to 4 first-line anti-tuberculosis drugs, and 13 drug-resistant genes related to 10 second-line anti-tuberculosis drugs (a total of 158 drug-resistant mutation types).
