About GensKey

GensKey is a company specializing in molecular diagnostic solutions and detection services for infectious diseases. We provide integrated solutions for standardized pathogenic molecular detection via NGS. We can assist hospitals in building standardized pathogenic molecular detection platforms by integrating the whole process of closed-loop services   including reagents, instruments, software and related applications, aiming to help healthcare organizations to build the capability of precise diagnostic and emerging pathogen surveillance.


The R&D Center of GensKey was found in 2018 at the Changping Life Science Park in Beijing, and the international headquarter is located in Singapore. The production base is located in Tianjin Wuqing entrepreneurship headquarter base, with wholly-owned clinical laboratories in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Tianjin, and experimental delivery points in more than 20 provinces and cities in China. In particular, the Tianjin branch has constructed an independent GMP workshop, with a total area of more than 19,000 m².


GensKey has gathered outstanding talents from pharmaceutical companies, clinical diagnostic companies and genetic testing companies. 90% of the current members of the company are from bioscience and clinical medicine backgrounds. Over 30% of the personnel have doctoral degrees, and more than 50% of the personnel have master's degrees.

Since 2019, GensKey has successively attracted multiple well-known strategic investors including Legend Capital, SoftBank China Venture Capital, Fortune Capital, LGIMIC Venture Capital，Yuanju Capital, Huagai Capital, Yuanbio Venture Capital, Apricot Capital, CPE, Oriza Seed, Taikang and other well-known strategic investors, with a total amount of several hundred million of financing.

GMP-certified Factory


GensKey has established a standard GMP factory with a total area of more than 2,000m², and it covers an independently operated production line for device manufacturing instruments, in vitro diagnostic reagent production line as well as a workshop for medical software development and manufacturing. The medical instruments, in-vitro diagnostic reagents and supporting medical software products have obtained several NMPA medical device registration certificates and EU CE certification.

In the dimension of quality management, GensKey Group strictly implements the international quality standard system and has successfully passed a number of international authoritative quality system certifications, such as ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO15189 and ISO27001. From material control, production management, quality inspection control, warehousing and transportation, we carry out 360-degree all-round management and supervision of each production line to ensure the controllability and traceability of the products.
