Pathogen Identification via mNGS(PIM)
PIM utilizes mNGS technology to detect pathogens in a wide range of clinical samples such as BALF, blood, cerebrospinal fluid, sputum, pleural or peritoneal fluid, tissues, etc. The detection can cover 26,270 pathogens, which is suitable for the diagnosis of emergency and severe infections, infections of unknown origin, infections of patients with immune deficiencies, and infections of rare or neoplastic pathogens.
