Pan-Pathogen Identification via Sequencing and Amplification (PISA)

Based on high-multiplex targeted amplification and NGS technology, PISA can detect 238 key pathogens and 15 drug-resistance genes in a single test, and can detect sample types such as bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF), blood, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), sputum, hydrothorax, ascites, tissue, etc. It is suitable for screening respiratory infections, bloodstream infections, neurological infections and other focal infections.
